Dire a taluno che non sa fare il proprio lavoro costituisce un'affermazione molto forte e da sola poco circostanziata in quanto approssimativa. Nel caso di specie è difficile argomentare che uno studente possa davvero comprendere la complessità del lavoro di dirigente scolastico ed il duro lavoro che è necessario per svolgere questo ruolo, oltre agli anni di studi per la preparazione del concorsi, ecc. È sempre importante tenere a mente il contesto in cui si agisce e la qualità della persona colpita dalla comunicazione (ad es. quando si tratta di un personaggio politico o di rilievo pubblico, il diritto di critica risulta più esteso, diverso è il caso in cui sia colpita una persona comune). Questo aspetto incide sul criterio della continenza, in base al quale, nell'esprimere una critica anche aspra il soggetto che la proferisce deve sempre mantenere un certo self-control, soppesando bene il proprio giudizio, avuto riguardo del contesto, della persona colpita e della fondatezza o meno delle proprie opinioni. La comunicazione deve essere appropriata e non fuori luogo (pertinenza) e non scollegata dalla realtà dei fatti (veridicità). Per veridicità non si intende una percezione soggettiva ma una realtà oggettivamente verificabile (senza tono polemico viene da chiedersi se uno studente abbia effettivamente gli strumenti per comprendere come svolgere correttamente il lavoro di dirigente scolastico nella sua interezza). Quanto ai propositi di bocciatura e/o sospensione riferiti dalla dirigente scolastico, tenuto conto di quanto già autorevolmente detto nei commenti da chi lavora nel settore scolastico, bisognerebbe poi verificare se tale condotta è avvenuta durante l'orario di scuola oppure no. In conclusione, potrebbe essere risolutivo un incontro tra i genitori di o.p., o.p. e la dirigente scolastico per risolvere la questione in maniera bonaria, con delle scuse e la rimozione del post controverso. In caso contrario sarebbe opportuno rivolgersi ad un avvocato in carne ed ossa.
